What an encouraging weekend for the youth of Lads to Leaders/Leaderettes at the Mid
Atlantic Conference in Altoona, Pennsylvania! We are so proud of the hard work, preparation, and
dedication shown by our young people as they competed, studied, and used their talents to glorify
God. Congratulations to the following award recipients:

We are thankful for these young people, their families, coaches, and all who helped
encourage them throughout this year. Their commitment to studying God’s Word and developing
their talents is a tremendous blessing and encouragement to the congregation. Congratulations
again to everyone who participated and represented us so well!
I want to personally commend all of our young people who participated in the local Lads to
Leaders Conference, and who worked so hard in preparing and memorizing Scripture! Thanks also
to the adults who encouraged their children, and who went along on this important trip. We are
blessed to have such a talented and involved youth group here at Central.
Lads to Leaders (L2L) is the oldest and largest youth and adult leadership training program
used by the churches of Christ. Started by brother Jack Zorn in 1968, L2L now claims over 20,000
