CURRENT REQUESTS: (Prayer request(s) are only listed for 14 days if no update(s) are received) -Pray for the leaders of our nation (local and national) as well as all world leaders. -Desiré Beard, Mike Plants daughter, is scheduled for knee replacement surgery on June 15. 6/14/2026 -Catalina Hildalgo, Krystal Feys mom, will have surgery this week for a broken hip. She is 98 years old. 6/14/2026 -Shirley Shockey, Sonya Shockey’s mother-in-law, has been discharged to a rehab center following surgery for a broken hip. She is dealing with a lot of pain. 6/14/2026 -Ron Taylor is now home recovering following successful surgery for colon cancer. He has follow-up appointments with oncology in the near future. 6/14/2026 -Fred Welshans, Kim Everson’s dad, has been discharged from the hospital and is home under Hospice care. 6/12/2026 -Henry, Jennie Garland’s son, had his gallbladder removed on June 10. He also has three tumors in his abdomen that are being checked as well. 6/10/2026 -Nancy Leasor continues to deal with the long-term effects of chemo treatments. 6/10/2026
-Walter Heintzman, Jason & Elisabeth Taylor’s nephew, open heart surgery has been postponed again due to low platelet levels. He is only 5 months old. 6/8/2026 -Marion Marshall is hospitalized due to a bad infection. 6/5/2026 DEALING WITH CANCER: -Ron Taylor diagnosed with colon cancer. 5/27/2026
-Rachel Jewell, Jim & Michele Jewell’s daughter-in-law, breast cancer. 4/29/2026 -Albert Farley, Elisabeth Taylor’s dad, liver cancer. 3/4/2026 -Larry Landis, Nina Fazenbaker’s neighbor, was recently diagnosed with cancer. 3/3/2026 -Carol Garland is undergoing treatments for metastatic cancer. 2/16/2026 -Bobby Williams, friend of the Housley’s, bone cancer. 2/16/2026 -Jim Mills, friend of the Bennett’s, non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. 1/30/2026 -Ayla Hogan, friend of the Bennett’s, diagnosed with thyroid cancer. 1/23/2026 -Donna Wright, Aaron Wright’s stepmother, recently diagnosed with lung cancer. 1/4/2026 -Clifton Williams, friend of Theresa Sage, diagnosed with cancer. 12/30/2025 SHUT-INS/ONGOING HEALTH CONCERNS: -Florence Birmingham -Lisa Downie (Guy Grove’s Daughter) -Randy, Paula & Leah Emery -Nancy Facello -Todd & Glenda Haun -Nancy Leasor -Marion Marshall -Joyce Ritchey (Broad Top congregation) -Bob & Grace Veil -Fred & Kay Welshans -Edna Woodward -Others who are in a nursing home or confined to home.
